Carolinh Home has always had the mission to train and employ people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. As such, we were successfully able to train our first employee to make candles! Our candles are made from 100% coconut wax, encased in a golden tin can, and uses a wooden wick! Our employee was very excited to make this candle and hopes that our customer enjoys it too!

We, at Carolinh, would like to start utilizing the idea of transparent salary as well for every candle sold, our employee keeps 75% of the profit (Carolinh keeps the cost of material and 25% so that we can scale and hire more individuals with IDDs).
